During the final week of March, missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints extended invitations to their friends and neighbors to attend special Sacrament meetings centered on the message of Christ’s love and sacrifice.  These meetings were to be held in their neighborhoods on Sundays, March 24th and 31st.

Also, among the activities organized by the Church, local young full-time missionaries led interviews for a series of seven podcasts. These podcasts featured discussions with influential figures including opinion leaders, media personalities, and leaders from different religious communities. The missionaries posed thought-provoking questions, initiating discussions centered around shared values relating to Christ and His mission. Throughout the week, full-time missionaries continued to share Christ’s message of peace and goodwill.

In the culminating podcast episode, Elder Valeri V. Cordon, a General Authority Seventy and a member of the Caribbean Area Presidency, shared a message about receiving God’s infinite love: "Anyone who accepts Christ's invitations always comes to feel more and more of His love," expressed Elder Cordon. The Church leader also extended a special invitation to participate in the upcoming General Conference, to be held on April 6 and 7.

On Easter Sunday, congregations from across the Caribbean Area gathered to commemorate Christ, His Atonement, and Resurrection. Among the attendees were newfound friends from diverse backgrounds, many of whom were not members of our faith, touched by the events of the week. The spirit of unity and reverence felt during these gatherings bore witness to the enduring impact of Christ's mission of love and redemption.
